ROGER 1000

ROGER 1000 is a multifunctional rail line measurement and inspection vehicle conceived for international use on standard gauge (1435 mm).

MERMEC Group flagship vehicle has been engineered and manufactured to allow efficient installation and seamless integration of a diverse set of diagnostic systems. The rolling stock is essentially constituted by an aluminium alloy body with aerodynamic headstocks, with two completely independent propulsion groups and staff facilities. The structural elements of the base frame, body and roof are the same ones employed for the coaches of Ansaldo Breda ETR 500 high speed train. 

ROGER 1000 standard interior layout includes measuring and control desk area, two driving cabs, meeting room, toilette, kitchen, workshop, bedrooms (at customer request). Interior layout can be customized in accordance with specific customer's needs.
