Designed to be easily installed on diagnostic and revenue trains, Track Machine Vision Systems automatically identifies more than 50 different types of defects on rolling surface, fastenings, sleepers and track bed. Thanks to its innovative architecture Track Machine Vision Systems is able to offer the best detection rate on the market. The system is able to acquire, from 0 to 200 km/h, images and measures from three different subsystems for the complete inspection of the track infrastructure. An incredibly advanced algorithm is able to process the images recognizing all the possible defects with a model based approach.
