MERMEC@Festival dell'Innovazione 2008

Bari, ITALY - From December 3rd to the 5th, Bari's "Fiera del Levante" held the frist edition of "Festival dell’Innovazione" promoted by the Apulia Region, ARTI, Apulian universities and Fiera del Levante to give to general public an occasion to meet national and foreign experts in research and innovation.

Always active in research and development, MERMEC has been present at the fair at stand n. 10 together with all the companies of the Mechatronic District. The District was created to be an active conglomerate of the main scientific and industrial competencies of Apulia Region.

The Fair hosted more than 150 events between debates, workshops, conferences, interactive moments, and research presentations. More than 100 exhibitors between universities, research centres, companies, institutions and investors will animate the 3 macro areas of the event: Innovention, Land, Immagination.

The event also hosted a show dedicated to 22 patents developed by Apulian universities and 40 prototypes, results of explorative projects realised by companies with research centers.
