ProfileCheck is an optical system, based on laser triangulation technology, for the effective non-contact measurement of rails, beams and the full range of structural and special profiles.
The system is usually installed after the finishing stand to measure the full profile and the key dimensions of the worked piece and indicates any out of tolerance dimensions, enabling the operator to identify and correct, in real-time, the working parameters.
Subsequent analysis of the measurements allows the user to determine where improvements can be made and ensures that productivity increases are realized.
With the aid of an optional module based on hot artificial vision, ProfileCheck also permits the detection of surface defects.

* In the standard version, visible profile surfaces contained in the indicated diameter circle are measured. The maximum profile dimensions measurable (width & height) are determined by the machine’s height H with respect to the transfer plan of the profile.
